Mary graduated in 2010 with a BA in counselling from the National Counselling Institute of Ireland and is an accredited member of the Association of Professional Counsellors and Psychotherapists of Ireland (APCP). She utilises a range of counselling techniques including client-centered therapy to facilitate people with the skill set to cope with many of life’s challenges; including problems in relationships and in the work place, family life, bereavement, anxiety and depression.

A Native of Co Clare, Elizabeth graduated from Queen Margaret University College, Edinburgh in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Podiatric Medicine. Upon qualifying, Elizabeth worked as a Community Specialists Podiatrist for the NHS and upon returning home to Ireland in 2008 as a HSE Community Podiatrist. Since 2012 Elizabeth has worked as a Senior Podiatrist in University Hospital Limerick where she established a high-risk diabetic foot care service under the National Diabetic Foot Care Programme.
Elizabeth is skilled in all aspects of Podiatry and specialises in diabetes care, wound care, rheumatology and vascular conditions.
